    Job Description

    • Assist in the development of frameworks for private banking compliance and recommend remediation where necessary
    • Liaise with key regulators and external auditors concerning all private banking compliance issues
    • Advise business lines and management on regulatory issues
    • Plan and develop training programs to instill a strong compliance culture
    • Keep abreast of regulatory changes and develop relevant policies to address these changes

    Senior Finance & Admin Executive *URGENT VACANCY*

    Job Description

    • Manage and coordinate full sets of accounts for the company.
    • Oversee and execute the administration needs of the company and its employees.
    • Other ad-hoc tasks that is necessary to help the team execute measures, initiatives, or task force for improvement of company.

    Finance

    • Responsible for handling monthly account closing (Auto-count System).
      • *Company is receiving fixed commission from HQ and does not deal with trading, import-export, or any activities with similar function*
    • Responsible for Finance Reporting to HQ (5th of each month) in Germany - Bank Statements/ Reporting Package or Template by HQ.
    • Liaise with sales support and supply chain in HQ to provide appropriate management/reporting tools to support sales activities in terms of Finance Reporting of Contribution Margin Analysis.
    • Ensure statutory compliance - Corporate Tax (Monthly), and proper record retention.
    • Responsible for monthly payroll and statutory payments:
      • Monthly claims processing
      • Monthly Salary & Claims Payout
      • Monthly EPF, SOCSO & PCB online payment
    • Monthly commission Invoice to HQ.
    • All necessary payments to distributors/vendors:
      • Distributors marketing support fund
      • R&D Payment for trials/studies 
      • Office rental/ utilities etc.
    • Liaise with auditors, bankers, and other finance and regulatory authorities.
    • Support MD in all matters of corporate tax, internal cost and efficiency control.
    • Provide appropriate management/ reporting tools to support sales activities.

     

    Admin & HR

    • Responsible for general administration duties:
      • Liaise with travel agent on ticketing, visa application (when necessary), and payment.
      • Pantry supplies 
      • Liaise with courier supplier provider to send documents, corporate gifts, samples, etc.
    • Undertake special and ad-hoc assignments as and when necessary.
