    As part of the digital initiative to transform the organization, we are looking for Senior Project Managers to lead complex and large scale application projects.

    Job Description

    • The Project Manager is accountable to plan, manage, execute and track the progress of concurrent projects, to bring the projects to successful completion within budget and timeline.
    • Be the overall driver for the development, planning, managing and tracking of IT program/projects’ activities.
    • Handle project related matters and ensure it complies with the company’s internal policies and guidelines.
    • Manage concurrent project, build collaboration and influence strategic direction by balance project delivery and product roadmap
    • To ensure timely and cost effective IT solution development and delivery through prudent project and technical management in software development life cycle (SDLC / Agile).
    • Responsible for ensuring plans prepared by each of the teams are accurate and that the dependencies between all the related teams are thought.
    • Provide leadership in vendor management, including contract negotiation, service improvement, consultation and effective solutions.
    • To review contracts, project procurement request, contractual invoices and make recommendation.
    • Provide effective communication, and lead collaboration across internal and external teams and build strong relationships to deliver the project together.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in IT or equivalent
    • Minimal 10 years of project management experience
    • Professional certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master or equivalent is highly desired.
