    One of Singapore's top life insurance companies is looking for an experienced Head of Strategic Change to be responsible for Enterprise Change Impact Framework Development and Management, Change Assurance Testing, Stakeholder Management, Change Management Executive as part of high priority strategic initiatives, organisational engagement, and awareness.

    Job Description

    • Accountable for the strategic change team's performance, with accountability for the full implementation of change management in significant strategic initiatives
    • Create and maintain a strategic change management framework at the corporate level in accordance with the goals and values of the organization, making sure that business leaders and initiative managers are trained and equipped to do their jobs.
    • Implement change at the enterprise level while ensuring a clear understanding of the impact of organizational change and recommendations, supporting organizational design, defining roles and responsibilities for the future state, and RACI in the enterprise view of change.
    • Carry out change portfolio assurance for all the business plan's strategic initiatives.
    • Compile risk mitigation strategies for the entire change portfolio.
    • Proactively guide and mentor senior leadership in the identification of business/organizational issues, the conduct of research, the synthesis of results, and the creation of strategic improvements.
    • Create and oversee a strategic communication and engagement plan for change management.
    • Enhance the organization's capacity for change management with a focus on project and program managers and change agents.

    Requirements

    • A bachelor's degree in a business-related quantitative field
    • Significant consulting and strategic change experience
    • HR expertise and organizational design
    • Ten years or more in the financial services or insurance industries
    • Strong quantitative and analytical skills are required.
    • Must feel at ease organizing unstructured data and creating plausible links and hypotheses.
    • Be able to think broadly about a variety of strategic issues.
    • Possesses strong interpersonal skills and the ability to get along with co-workers from different levels and across different functional areas.
    • Possesses strong communication and public speaking abilities

    • Foster and manage relationships with consortia to ensure renewals: Focusing on consortia and member needs, integration development, and overall value to consortia and members to ensure ORCID’s renewal objectives are met.     • New Consortia development: Develop and close new consortium opportunities. Grow integrations in numbers and diversity (variation of sector and type of integration to increase data variety). Collaborate with Direct and Outreach & Partnerships colleagues where needed.
    • Member support: In partnership with ORCID’s Support Team, coordinate and execute on member support requests to ensure member satisfaction and value.
    • Events strategy and outreach coordination: Assist in defining strategy, and execute on outreach initiatives. Collaborate with the various ORCID teams where needed.

    Requirements

    REQUIREMENTS

    • University graduate, preferably in Business, Finance, HR management and Occupational/Organisational Psychology or equivalent professional qualification.
    • A minimum of 10 years' experience in the talent and development field, with at least 4 years of experience in managing a team of learning or talent development professionals; experience in banking or financial industry is a definite advantage.
    • Sound knowledge of concept, model, methodology and tools of talent management and leadership development (e.g. psychometric tools, development centre, skill profiling, etc.).
    • Good leadership skills in driving performance and change.
    • Independent, reliable and able to work under pressure.
    • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is preferable.
