    Job Description

    • The capacity to carry out process mapping, definition, and identification. Participate in the design and planning of distribution systems, including the creation of suggestions to enhance and support business operations.
    • Under the guidance of the Project Management Office, collaborate with the project team and the technology team to develop, define, and elaborate features and user stories for upcoming releases and sprints.
    • Carry out thorough research to convert business requirements into precise, high-quality user stories or functional specifications that are easy for the development team to understand and implement.
    • Verify that user stories adhere to the "definition of ready" and that business requirements are being met (fully elaborated with acceptance criteria).
    • Assist in the development of communication strategies, and design specialized user and communication training materials to support change management for the project's outcome.
    • In charge of ensuring operational readiness at the conclusion of each release (i.e. trainings in place, stakeholders involved received the right communications and collateral, UAT successful)
    • Recognize and control risks and problems affecting project releases and results.
    • Work together to prioritize the delivery of products and the product backlog by communicating with stakeholders to better understand their perspectives on business priorities and strategies.
    • Verify the testing plan, test plans, and testing execution.
    • Capability to test as part of Sprint UAT, assist with production and training
    • Signoff completed stories with users as they are completed.
