- travel based on projects nationwide (may have Singapore projects)
- More focus on administrative
- Ability to develop comprehensive Method of Statement (MOS) for flat roof projects
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies and materials related to flat roof systems
-Experience in conducting QAQC inspections and ensuring compliance with project specifications
