    Job Description

    1. Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and achieve high Customer Satisfaction Index (CS index) targets.
    2. Monitor daily performance of team leaders and executives to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and address any deviations promptly.
    3. Promptly resolve issues to minimize aging transactions and customer disputes, fostering smooth transaction processing.
    4. Proactively liaise with key users to facilitate seamless transaction processing and maintain service quality.
    5. Identify performance gaps, provide effective coaching and training, develop initiatives aligned with company goals, and lead change management efforts.

    Requirements

    1. Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience working within a shared service center (SSC) environment, with a strong understanding of shared service operations and best practices.
    2. Proven track record of successfully managing order management operations across multiple countries or regions, including familiarity with international regulations, logistics, and cultural considerations.
    3. Experience in leading and managing large teams, with a minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in a fast-paced operational environment, ensuring effective performance management, coaching, and team development.
