SingaporePermanent PositionAn established multinational company is looking for an Regional Key Account Manager.

- Manage existing accounts to deliver results according to financial performance indicators
- Assisting GM on the follow up and implementation actions after meeting with customers
- Develop positive relationships with clients, acting as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs
- Resolve issues and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
- Work and liaise closely with relevant departments to ensure that customer’s queries, problems or issues are dealt with appropriately
- Analyse and monitor customer data to measure success and identify fluctuations/trends, and decide on relevant follow up actions

- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT or related field is required.
- Minimum 4 - 6 years of account management experience especially in Technology space, working with System Integrators.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
