  Job Description

  • Conduct sample testing and provide application support to regional teams and customers.
  • Organize and deliver customer demonstrations and training sessions, both virtual and in-person.
  • Lead training programs for sales and application teams across the region.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop application reports and training materials.
  • Manage operations and development of the regional testing and training lab.
  • Coordinate resources and activities to ensure smooth lab operations.
  • Represent the company as a technical expert at seminars and exhibitions.
  • Assist with complex product installations and customer training.
  • Create and improve technical documentation and support the sales process.

  Requirements

  • Degree in plastics technology, chemical or process engineering.
  • 3–5 years of laboratory experience, ideally in plastics, polymers, or food/feed sectors.
  • Solid understanding of extrusion processes and related equipment.
  • Familiarity with lab safety standards.
  • Fluent in English with strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel across the region.
