This will be a great opportunity to come on board as an experienced individual to join a growing team in handling MAS 610 and regulatory reporting.     Job Description

    • Monitor regulatory ratio for the branch and review /preparation of the Branch’s MAS regulatory reports.
    • Manage deliverables pertaining to local regulatory reporting and ensure the robust controls and submission of the regulatory returns as per prescribed timelines
    •  Key member representing Finance in the new MAS 610 project team, working closely with cross functional teams, system vendor and consultants to ensure timely and accurate completion.
    • Provide the Head Office with financial data and performance data, including management ratio and assets-liabilities duration data.
    •  Perform logical checks on information reported and provide in depth variance analysis
    • Review new business propositions in context of compliance with regulatory requirements, internal metrics and capability to meet reporting requirements

Reporting to the Head of Operations in Singapore, the incumbent will be involved in day-to-day operational, settlement and administrative matters for the company’s Treasury Products. In return, you will enjoy a remuneration of up to $110,000 per annum.

    Job Description

    • Be responsible to the team's daily operation.
    • To ensure a smooth flow of day-to-day processing of Treasury products within the team inclusive of trade verification, monitoring of confirmations, passing accounting entries, construct SWIFT and MEPS messages, investigate enquiry case, prepare statistical reports, data input, filing etc.
    • Ensure the above-mentioned activities are carried out timely and accurately, ensure it is conform to the various standards meet with the prescribed requirement.
    • Coordinate with other division/department to ensure smooth and efficient workflow; prompt follow up of discrepancies

    Job Description

    • Maintain and provide stellar client relationships
    • Offer customers trade support services, such as market performance and information, fundamental and technical analyses, monitoring and guidance on client margin calls and facilities, trading limits, and out-trade resolution.
    • Keep an eye on customer equity and position limits to prevent excessive trading
