- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent from both active and passive job seekers
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements, ensuring that candidates meet specific skill sets and cultural fit criteria
- Manage the full life cycle of the recruitment process, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, extending offers, and facilitating new hire orientation
- Implement best practices and continuously improve processes related to recruitment, selection, and retention
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as employees, management, and external partners like universities or professional organizations
- Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and make informed decisions about recruitment strategy
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, legislation, and best practices in order to provide expert guidance and support to the broader HR department
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging throughout all aspects of the employee lifecycle

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of progressive experience in HR Recruiting roles
- Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems and other relevant technology tools used in the recruitment space
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively with internal and external stakeholders
