- Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all Total Rewards matters in SEA
- Review, update and develop policies around total rewards system for the region
- Develop and maintain up to date position evaluation, job matrix, job leveling and bench marking
- Participate in benefits and salary surveys/ market research to ensure internal alignment, market competitiveness, and compliance to local labour legislation
- Ensure global mobility management within the region is in accordance to company’s policies
- Handle coordination of relocation process, taxation for assignments
- Be Regional Super-User and Trainer for SAP system

- As a key member of the Group Human Resource management team, spearhead, develop and drive the delivery of effective HR strategies and work plans aligned with strategic priorities.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders with a view to deliver better value to both staff and patients.
- Anticipate opportunities and challenges for the organisation, particularly in the areas of strategic manpower planning and management, talent management, leadership development and employee engagement.
- Lead Group-wide efforts in strategic manpower planning and workforce transformation in tandem with the transformation of the model of care in healthcare.
- Develop Group strategies for talent management and leadership development. Oversee implementation of talent management and succession planning for leadership continuity.
