Permanent PositionOur Client seeks a HR professional to drive HR system strategy, improve HR processes and analytics, and translate reporting needs into data-driven insights for workforce planning.Job Description
- Formulate organisation-wide HR technology strategies that align system initiatives with overall business goals.
- Assess emerging technologies against HR operational requirements and existing infrastructure to determine feasibility and scalability.
- Identify, recommend and drive digitalisation and automation opportunities across HR programmes and processes to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain the relevance of the HRIS through continuous enhancements that align with evolving HR policies and processes to ensure an optimal user experience.
- Act as the primary system administrator for all HR systems.
- Build in-house capabilities by developing user guides and delivering hands-on training to new users, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Lead communication of HR system changes and updates to stakeholders.
- Apply data governance principles to identify, collect and prepare data for analytics and HR metrics benchmarking.
- Address data quality and availability issues through appropriate data-cleansing techniques.
