    HR Executive, Operation & Analytic

    Our Client, a leading-edge microscopes and scientific instruments company across Life Sciences, Industry and Medical divisions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Executive, Operation & Analytic to join their dynamic team.

    Job Description

    • Responsible for DL HR operations such as onboarding, staff pass, confirmation, work passes issuance & renewal, security bonds, associate disciplinary, associate letters, HR notice board, contract renewal, re-employment, exit process and etc.
    • Administer associate benefits and welfares programs including but not limited to wreath arrangement, get well basket etc.
    • Organize HR roundtable discussions and go to Gemba to understand the ground-level issues and provide better support to the business.
    • Liaise with Government agencies such as MOM, CPF board and IRAS regarding matters related to associates.
    • Attend all inquiries from DL associates and provide guidance and clarifications on HR policies.
    • Ensure payroll policies adhere to Government regulations.
    • Manage associates data in the HRIS, including the Time Management System (TMS) and ensure accuracy and completeness.
    • Participate and support in payroll / SOX / statutory audits.
    • Review, recommend and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR systems/processes as part of the HR Transformation journey.
    • Provide support for HR Operations administration tasks.
    • Design and manage associates surveys to collect and analyse data.
    • Prepare and generate HR metric, reports and dashboards to identify trends in associate data.

    Job Description

    Reporting into the Lead (HR Partnering), you will be a key member of the organisation’s HR partnership team. 
    You will partner and support your faculty in a proactive and consultative approach, a full spectrum of HR functions which includes Talent Acquisition, Staff Retention, Compensation, Performance Appraisals, as well as Talent Management and Development. You will serve as the contact point for employee relations issues, carry out accurate assessment of situation and provide advisory to your client. 

    You are expected to work closely with HR functional teams and HR Shared Services team within the Office of Human Resources to meet the needs of your faculty and the organisation.

    • 8 or more years of experience in HR business partnering or equivalent role, ideally in higher education or research sector 
    • University degree in any discipline. Additional HR qualifications or certifications are advantageous
    • Demonstrable business and HR acumen, and ability to drive HR solutions 
    • Demonstrable consulting skills and ability to engage senior stakeholders  
    • Strong influencing and collaborating skills, with demonstrable ability to work across various HR teams and with staff at all levels
    • Meticulous and demonstrable experience with HR metrics
    • Good knowledge of labour legislations and HR best practices
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to relate well with people at all levels and good service orientation
