  In light of our client's expanding business, a prominent player in the healthcare industry seeks a Senior Manager/AVP - Enterprise Architecture to design and implement the enterprise architecture to align with the company's business strategy and objectives.
  Job Description

  • Oversee processes, architectural models, standards, and guidelines to manage the organization's enterprise architecture.
  • Evaluate current systems and technology landscapes to identify opportunities for enhancement and innovation.
  • Work with stakeholders across departments to define the strategic roadmap for IT infrastructure and applications.
  • Ensure the enterprise systems, integration strategies, and architecture frameworks tailored to meet the company's business needs.
  • Lead architectural reviews to ensure project alignment with the enterprise architecture  
  • Collaborate with Infrastructure and IT Security teams to drive architectural and operational changes
  • Develop and maintain an enterprise architecture framework that aligns IT strategy with business goals.
  • Mentor and guide junior architects and technical staff.
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
  • Develop solutions using APIs, middleware, and other technologies to support efficient data flow.

  Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field  
  • Over 8 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture and Integration Architecture.
    Proficiency in architectural frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) 
  • Strong knowledge of integration technologies and platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi).
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Strong analytical prowess, problem-solving abilities, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration and documentation
