    Job Description

    • Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all Total Rewards matters in SEA 
    • Review, update and develop policies around total rewards system for the region 
    • Develop and maintain up to date position evaluation, job matrix, job leveling and bench marking 
    • Participate in benefits and salary surveys/ market research to ensure internal alignment, market competitiveness, and compliance to local labour legislation 
    • Ensure global mobility management within the region is in accordance to company’s policies 
    • Handle coordination of relocation process, taxation for assignments 
    • Be Regional Super-User and Trainer for SAP system

    Requirements

    • Degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration, or any relevant field of studies 
    • Preferably with Total Rewards certification 
    • At least 5 years in Regional Total Rewards 
    • HR Generalist and HRBP experience is a plus 
    • Experience working in multinational companies 
    • Experience with Mercer job evaluation and IPE system as well as benefits and salary surveys 
    • Confidence in managing multiple stakeholders with ability to influence without authority and conflict resolution 
    • Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written 
    • Good interpersonal and networking skills 
    • Keen eye for improvement and positive attitude to drive changes 
    • Pro-activeness in providing solutions, flexible and good problem solving skills 
    • Good IT literacy and familiarity with commercial HR software

    Job Description

    • Responsible for the HRBP Teams for the BU
    • Manage the full spectrum of HR function including but not limited to the Implementation of HR policies, talent attraction and retention programmes, performance management and talent management, succession planning, compensation and benefits, learning and development, deployment and advisory, union relations, employee engagement, and discipline management 
    • Take on an advisory role and work in close partnership with BU to deliver and achieve business goals 
    • Work with the line on staff management, grievance handling and execution of corporate HR initiatives 
    • Collaborate with HR specialist teams to ensure consistent and integrated HR support to the businesses 
    • As part of the Senior Management team, be responsible for staff development and drive workforce professionalization 
    • Strong leadership with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to motivate staff, strengthen team cohesion and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve organisation goals
