  Assistant Manager – IT Infrastructure Solutions Architecture

  Our client is looking for an experienced IT infrastructure technical lead to engage with business users and design infrastructure solutions for both on-prem and cloud environments.
  Job Description

  • You will analyse and translate business needs into best-in-class technical offerings and proposals.
  • You will work with the architecture team to build highly-resilient, scalable, secure and cost-effective infrastructure solutions.
  • You will optimize IT infrastructure solutions through performance-tuning and automation initiatives.
  • You will serve as the subject matter expert to troubleshoot infrastructure-related issues including vendor management to monitor and track issue resolutions and SLAs.
  • You will maintain detailed technical documentations and assist with capacity planning to provide forecasts for future needs.

  Requirements

  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent.
  • Ideally at least 6 years of relevant working experience in IT consulting for infrastructure services.
  • Strong experience in end-to-end project management including effective communications with stakeholders and conflict resolutions.
  • Deep understanding and ability to support agile and waterfall project teams in delivering technical solutions.
  • Prior experience with Virtualisation, Database and Cloud technologies would be an added advantage.
