Senior IT Infrastructure Manager

Permanent PositionOur client is experiencing rapid growth and undergoing significant technical transformation. To support this journey, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior IT Infrastructure Manager to lead infrastructure strategy and operations. This is a leadership role that combines strategic planning with hands-on technical oversight. You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of IT infrastructure across on-premises and cloud platforms.Job Description
- Design and execute scalable server and network strategies to meet current and future business demands.
- Align infrastructure operations with business goals and digital transformation initiatives.
- Manage the implementation and maintenance of hardware, software, and network systems—across both in-house and remote environments.
- Ensure high availability and performance of backend infrastructure including data centres.
- Lead the planning and execution of IT infrastructure projects, including RFPs, vendor contracts, and scopes of work.
- Administer and optimize multi-cloud environments, utilizing native cloud services and infrastructure components.
- Monitor infrastructure performance and implement preventive or corrective actions as needed.
- Manage, mentor, and inspire a lean IT Infrastructure team.
- Maintain good communication with senior stakeholders and department heads on infrastructure matters.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8 years of hands-on experience in managing complex system and network environments, including VLANs, WANs, and VPNs.
- At least 2 years in a leadership role managing IT infrastructure teams.
- Solid experience in protocols and systems such as Active Directory, Group Policies, Microsoft 365, Core Switching/Routing, SSL/IPSec, SANs, and Virtualization.
- Strong analytical mindset, sound decision-making skills, and exceptional communication abilities.

Senior Manager – IT Infrastructure & Operations

Permanent PositionOur client is looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead and optimise IT infrastructure operations and application support to ensure robust, resilient and scalable systems meet evolving business and operational needs.Job Description
- Lead and manage the IT infrastructure operations team, overseeing incident management, service and change requests, patching and vulnerability assessments.
- Analyse recurring incidents and system trends to implement continuous service improvement initiatives.
- Drive end-to-end project management including scoping, planning, execution, risk management and cost control to ensure timely, quality deliverables.
- Provide technical guidance on network designs and improvements as well as perform troubleshooting when needed.
- Conduct assessments and reviews of current infrastructures covering servers, virtualization platforms, networking and storage systems.
- Align application infrastructure needs with the existing IT setup and propose optimizations and enhancements.
- Draft RFPs, evaluate suppliers and manage procurement processes to select cost-effective and capable vendors and partners.
- Support deployments and upgrades of new and existing applications in collaboration with various stakeholders.

- Degree in IT, Computer Science or related fields with 8–9 years of hands-on experience in data center operations, network management, virtualization (VMWare/Hyper-V) and Linux system administration.
- At least 6–7 years of experience leading IT operations teams with a focus on business-as-usual (BAU) support.
- Strong technical expertise in LAN/WAN network design and maintenance.
- Experience with infrastructure/application monitoring tools including setup and configuration.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation for system tasks.
- Proven experience in project management and handling vendor/outsourcing contracts.
- Familiarity with middleware, databases and cybersecurity best practices.
