    Job Description

    • Communicate with global supply chain and local teams and resolves any highly complex supply issues, inventory levels not met, product specs/ license change, New Product Introduction (NPI)/, Phase in and phase out of products (product life cycle management).
    • Review and participate in the monthly Global Supply Planning meeting with Global Supply Planners, QA & RA and Regional Warehouse/ Distribution team.
    • Prepare, Analyze & initiate suitable actions for order fulfilment, Inventory holding, E&O, Fulfillment Level.
    • Participate in regular reviews of policies, processes and procedures to achieve continual improvements.
    • Establishing and following inventory, network and replenishment policies and have distribution tactics per customer cluster.
    • Recommend action items.
    • Work closely with Local Demand Planners Inventory replenishment and stocks coverage at regional and market distribution centers.
    • Manages the order fulfillment process from regional distribution center, including order entry, administration, and shipping. Oversees the order tracking process and ensures orders are processed in accordance with the organization's customer service standards. Ensures adequate inventory levels are maintained to maximize customer satisfaction and minimize cost.
    • Generate reports relevant for planning, support operation needs such as import & custom’s clearance and involved in project assignment, Other duties & projects assigned by Leadership.
