Permanent PositionOur client, an established bank is looking to fill the role of a Team Lead - Credit Analyst (Corporate Banking).Job Description
- Conduct thorough credit reviews of due diligence reports for corporate clients. Responsibilities include assessing compliance with regulations and the bank's policies, identifying primary risks, proposing risk mitigation measures, determining overall group credit risk, and conducting client credit ratings.
- Manage project flow by coordinating team members to ensure timely completion of credit analysis reports that meet quality requirements. Additionally, assist in departmental management, including staff supervision, fostering the development of specialized credit analysis experts in relevant sectors.
- Provide expert opinions for credit files submitted to the pre-trial committee.
- Conduct industry-specific research to align with respective responsible sectors and revise relevant approval guidelines accordingly.
- Regularly monitor commitment matters and proactively recommend effective risk control measures for clients showing early warning signals.
- Oversee and coordinate the business relationship between the Credit Analyst team and other teams within the Risk Management Department, as well as collaborate with relevant business departments.
- Support both internal and external audit tasks and ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements. Assist in management information reporting related to customers and credit cases.

- Performing risk assessments of bank’s Information Technology environment and assisting in developing the annual audit plan
- Performing IT audits of relevant regulatory requirements (e.g. HKMA SPM TM-E-1, TM-E-2, TM-G-1, TM-G-2, SA-2)
- Developing & managing CAATs Programs & relevant performing systems
- Developing & implementing tools to analyze data to improve audit efficiency and effectiveness, ultimately be a source for analytics that business units adopt to provide business insights or for continuous auditing
