  Regional Key Account Manager

  The role is responsible for managing the regional business portfolio, identifying and driving business growth, expanding product distribution, and maintaining strong relationships with the distributor team in the market.
  Job Description

  • Build strong relationship with the distributors and manage the key account business. 
  • Oversee the implementation of all plans, programs, and activities for the distributor market, as outlined in the marketing calendar.
  • Implement and manage all approved trade marketing plans and programs.
  • Oversee all PR events in the market in alignment with the PR Activities plan.
  • Coordinate, execute and manage all business programs and plans approved by the Group.
  • Update key stakeholders regularly on the business plans and execution status of the programs.
  • Conduct market checks to ensure shelves are stocked, monitor competitor pricing and promotions, and report on market trends and category developments.

  Requirements

  • 10 years of relevant experience in key account management within consumer industries. 
  • Experienced in trade marketing for consumer products is a must. 
  • Product introduction experience will be an added advantage. 
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit and proactive attitude.
  • Demonstrates strong strategic planning and critical thinking abilities.
  • Possesses excellent communication skills and a proven track record of collaborating effectively across different functions.
  • Exhibits resilience to stress and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
