  Job Description

  • Support Sales Engineers by providing technical solutions, equipment selection, costing, and quotation preparation based on customer requirements.
  • Liaise with factories and suppliers to ensure accurate product selection, competitive pricing, and timely technical support.
  • Manage end-to-end order processing, including order entry, delivery coordination, invoicing, and order fulfilment.
  • Resolve order-related issues such as discrepancies, changes, returns, and cancellations while ensuring customer satisfaction.
