    Job Description

    • Identify and acquire new customers while up-selling to existing customer base across the APAC region.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and accounts to drive growth and ensure retention.
    • Lead and manage regional sales teams to achieve sales targets and inspire high performance in line with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and annual GTO targets.
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to meet revenue goals.
    • Manage and drive the sales cycle from prospecting through to successful closure.
    • Grow a sustainable and robust sales pipeline to ensure continuous revenue generation.
    • Provide accurate monthly sales forecasts and maintain a project register.
    • Prepare regular reports and conduct monthly meetings to review sales performance.
    • Develop and manage regional sales budgets and expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage sales tools, product launches, trainings, exhibitions, road shows, email campaigns, events, and social media for maximum impact.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering or related field.
    • minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and technical roles within the resin flooring specialist industry.
    • Proven strong track record of success including the ability to demonstrate prior experience in a local or regional sales role.
    • Highly goal-oriented and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in both spoken and written English is essential.
    • Proficiency in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia/ Indonesia is an added advantage.
    • Strong sales experience, including the ability to prospect and manage relationships with senior-level stakeholders.
    • Computer literate in Microsoft Office applications.

    • Responsible for creating demand for fibre cement board/gypsum board by developing specifications for through key specifiers such as architects, consultants and developers. The specification and opportunities created are fed to the project sales team as a source of hot sales leads.

    • Identify key decision makers in identified market segments, develop strong relationship with these decision makers and specify products and systems

    • Develop a strong customer and project database in order to specify products and systems

    • Understand key customer requirements to offer differentiated products and systems

    • Responsible for specification targets in terms of products and systems

    • Work closely with projects sales teams to ensure specified projects are supplied with to ensure revenue

    • Ensure representation and regular visits to build relationship and awareness of company brand, products and systems

    • Ensure preference amongst key decision makers for company and its products/systems

    • Develop market for the dry-lining solutions against conventional products through customer understanding and technical solutions
