SingaporePermanent PositionIn this role, you will be focusing on acquiring incremental business for Employee Benefits business. As part of this dynamic role, you will report to Corporate Sales Team Lead and work closely with the Operations team to increase and expand the Employee Benefits Business through the direct channel.

- Identify and prospect potential client for Employee Benefits ("EB") to drive incremental business in the direct segment
- Handle sales enquiries and leads generation for direct client acquisition
- Cold call as appropriate and plan approaches to pitch to potential clients
- Achieve sales targets and deliverables
- Set up meetings with key stakeholders/ decision makers of companies
- Handle activities relating to direct account management. This includes assisting in the preparation of sales materials, Powerpoint presentation, employee handbooks, client reports, etc
- Conduct presentation/ employee communication sessions to clients
- Account management for direct clients for renewal through building strong relationships with clients for business sustainability
- Assist in the strategy to develop direct channel and be responsible on the implementation of key sales initiative and campaigns
