Job Summary: As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and expanding the client base. The role demands a proactive approach to sales, with a focus on identifying and pursuing potential customers where you will utilize your industry knowledge and sales expertise to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads for LCL shipments and other freight forwarding services.

Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand clients' logistics needs and propose tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead in the industry.

Negotiation and Closing Deals:
- Negotiate pricing and terms of service agreements with clients to maximize profitability.
- Close sales deals and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.

Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with operations, customer service, and other departments to ensure seamless execution of freight forwarding services.
- Provide feedback from clients to internal teams for continuous improvement of services.

Sales Reporting and Analysis:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue forecasts.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and opportunities for improvement.
