    Assistant Vice President, Accident and Health Business

    Job Description

    • Achieve First Year and Renewal Budgets of TWNS and NBEV Budget for the Agency and Financial Advisory channels
    • Engage and develop working relationships with distribution partners at all levels to secure positive distribution share.
    • Sales and campaign management across all channels (Agency, Bancassurance, Digital)
    • Leverage and deploy digital and social media tools to maximize sales productivity of our distribution partners.
    • Identify market trends, gaps and opportunities for A&H sales and product marketing
    • Formulate product marketing, distribution strategies and action plans to deliver the budget

    Active involvement in:

    • Working with the marketing, product development and proposition teams to conceptualize the product and provide Market Validation (competitiveness and customer value)
    • Curating and delivering product propositions and sales pitches to the distribution network
    • Portfolio and channel performance monitoring and analysis
    • Working with the Marketing and Consumer Promotion teams to craft promotional materials and consumer promotion offerings
    • Working with distribution, customer value and technology partners to digitally enable (via use of online and social medial marketing and communication tools) the Agency and Financial advisory in goal-setting and sales performance management.
    • Multiplying their capacity and reach to their customers and the marketplace and to spread A&H capability and expertise in A&H sales and product training
    • Liaising and working closely with back and middle office stakeholders to ensure excellence in service delivery
    • Lead or participate in projects assigned by the Head of Department
    • Take accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and take appropriate steps to mitigate the risks
    • Maintain awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company
    • Highlight any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices

    • Minimum Degree qualification from a recognized institution.
    • At least 4 to 5 years’ experience in A&H (General or Life Insurance)
    • Working knowledge of business development with sales channels (Agency, Financial Advisory, brokers)
    • Working knowledge of using digital tools and social media to communicate and market products to consumers and distributor
    • Working knowledge in planning and executing a sales/ marketing campaign for sales channels and distribution management would be desirable
    • Good analytical skills
    • Good understanding on the A&H market.

    Clinical Senior/Key Account Manager

    Our client is one of the top global MNC diagnostic company, presence in more than 40 countries and 150 distributors offering clinical diagnostic products and clinical laboratory solutions

    Job Description

    • Achieve yearly revenue and profit targets for Singapore market by applying strong key account  management.
    • Accountable for monthly forecast and accuracy.
    • Regular field work, covering all public and private hospital laboratories, including other laboratories that are utilizing diagnostic tests for patient testing.
    • Handling all ITQ/RFP requests from public and private hospital labs either online or hardcopy submission.
    • Using CRM tools to plan daily sales call and logging in leads, opportunities.
    • Maintain good knowledge of the market, healthcare environment and regulations, trends, competitors, customer needs and other key drivers.
    • Establish high-level, significant relationships with potential clients, key opinion leaders, key decision makers and industry leaders (i.e. government or industry associations) promoting the organizations products and services.
    • Work collaboratively with cross functional team to ensure customer satisfaction delivery.
    • Plan and prepare product launches including regulatory schedule and customer product evaluations.
    • Plan and lead marketing activities to ensure timely execution according to plan.  
    • Able to conduct business in an ethical way, in compliance with company policies, laws and regulations and industry standards
