The company provides a wide range of products and technical solutions for concrete production, construction, infrastructure, repair, waterproofing, flooring, and structural protection.
  Job Description

  Key Responsibilities
  
  Digital content & communication
  •Create and maintain digital marketing content for the company’s products and systems.
  •Prepare content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok
  •Develop product-related content, including images, graphics, short videos and application-related materials.
  •Adapt and repurpose existing content for different countries and markets.
  •Review, maintain and regularly update content on the company’s website, including product information, TDS, news and other relevant content.
  •Maintain a consistent visual and communication style across the region.
  •Work primarily with English-language marketing content.
  
  Graphic design & marketing materials
  •Create and update brochures, flyers and presentations
  •Adapt existing brochures and marketing materials for different markets where required.
  •Ensure consistent corporate branding and visual identity across all materials.
  •Prepare artwork and files for printing and digital distribution.
  •Work efficiently with existing templates, product information and corporate materials.
  
  Product videos & Visual content
  •Create and edit short product, application and promotional videos.
  •Take and coordinate product photography and basic video shooting.
  •Edit content for use on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok
  •Work with external suppliers when professional photography, video production or other specialist support is required.

  
  Exhibitions & events – Malaysia
  •Organize and coordinate local exhibitions, seminars, customer events in Malaysia.
  •Coordinate exhibition stands, promotional materials, displays, giveaways and logistics.
  •Support the sales team before, during and after events.

  Regional marketing support
  •Provide marketing support to sales teams across Southeast Asia and the Middle East.
  •Coordinate requests for brochures, presentations promotional materials.
  •Adapt existing English-language content to specific market requirements where necessary.
  •Support regional campaigns and product launches.
  •Ensure that marketing materials remain up to date and consistent across countries.
  •Maintain communication and exchange with marketing counterparts at the company’s HQ in Germany and in Latin America (LATAM), sharing content, best practices etc

  Requirements

  We are looking for someone who is hands-on rather than purely conceptual and who is comfortable taking responsibility for the complete execution of marketing activities.

  Essential
  •2–5 years of practical marketing, communications, content creation or similar experience.
  •Excellent written and spoken English.
  •Strong creative sense and good visual judgement.
  •Strong attention to detail.
  •Proven experience creating marketing materials and digital content.
  •Good knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator and/or InDesign.
  •Basic to good video editing skills, using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar.
  •Good organizational skills and ability to manage several tasks simultaneously.
  •Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
