    Digital Performance & MarTech Specialist/Manager – 6 months contract

    One of Singapore’s leading life insurance company is looking for an experienced Digital Performance & MarTech Specialist/Manager with technology and integrated marketing skills, able to lead strategy for digital customer acquisition and experience.

    Job Description

    • Lead Performance Marketing initiatives across teams to meet financial targets.
    • Creating and implementing the company's performance strategy in accordance with its overall marketing plan to assist in achieving its strategic objectives.
    • Create a measurement framework to determine investments' optimal or favorable returns (ROMI, ROAS, ROI, etc.) across the marketing funnel.
    • Manage relationships with external agencies to promote efficiency and cost savings with a focus on the AdTech/MarTech stack (Ad Tech, CRM, Digital Analytics, CMS).
    • Create and manage campaigns for display, content, and social media.
    • To plan, develop, and carry out brand, product, and other communication campaigns on the digital medium, manage media agencies and digital agencies.
    • Plan and manage the organization's lead management and lead generation campaigns.
    • Make sure a framework for performance measurement is set up so that ongoing digital campaigns, owned digital media channels, and social media initiatives can be examined to track performance and offer insights for campaign optimization.
    • For the purpose of executing integrated campaigns, closely collaborate with the strategic marketing and other teams.

    • A degree and at least two to five years of relevant experience in performance marketing or digital marketing, including understanding of Google Adwords, analytics, SEO, SEM, remarketing, and programmatic media buying.
    • Outstanding structured communication abilities with the capacity to translate between marketing personnel and be able to frame complex digital marketing concepts in a way that encourages discussion and deeper levels of understanding.
    • Able to implement and carry out self-service insights and campaign delivery, and possess strong technical expertise of the marketing tech stack.
    • The capacity to manage numerous campaigns with short lead times while multitasking. ability to work together across teams.
    • Solid analytical foundation and thorough understanding of lead generation campaigns and systems Recognize integrated concepts, test design, and performance/direct response marketing.
    • Proficient understanding of Google Analytics, social media, content marketing, and SEO
    • Applicants with little to no experience using the Adwords tool, buying programmatic media, or SEO are encouraged to apply.
    • Financial industry experience is NOT necessary.
    • 6 months contract position
