- Oversee and coordinate all M&E aspects of the project
- Responsible for monitoring consultants’ designs, including managing the drawing schedule, coordination & providing support in identifying any areas of improvement
- Work closely with clients, consultants and subcontractors to ensure that project objectives and schedules are achieved timely and accurately
- Liaise with the BIM modeler/drafter regarding drawings preparation and provide technical expertise when necessary to ensure drawings are completed accurately
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in ensuring smooth project execution and resolve any technical issues that may arise.

Permanent PositionAs the Regional Director, Engineering, you will lead the engineering practices for Data Centre (DC) development across the region (Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand), ensuring standardisation in design and construction. You will oversee green and brownfield projects, liaising with internal and external teams to manage site feasibility, design, tender, construction, and delivery processes.Job Description
- Lead and mentor a team of engineering specialists in DC development, including new technology research, design, and construction methodologies.
- Drive site selection, project team formation, and engagement of consultants (e.g., M&E, C&S, Energy) to ensure successful project delivery.
- Lead efforts in improving DC efficiency, sustainability, and energy performance, with a focus on lowering PUE, WUE, and carbon emissions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prepare business cases and ensure on-time delivery of DC projects.
- Oversee the recruitment of top engineering and project management talent.
- Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation within the engineering and development teams.
- Contribute to strategic planning with other departments (Operations, Finance, etc.) to meet business objectives.
- Manage the performance of project managers, engineering managers, and energy managers.

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in engineering, with at least 10 years in Data Centre development and management.
- Proven leadership and people management skills.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and financial management skills.
