    Job Description

    As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive the success of our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product development, sales, and marketing to ensure that the products meet the needs of customers and achieve business objectives. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, creativity, and strong communication skills.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Develop comprehensive GTM strategies for new and existing products.
    2. Collaborate with product development teams to understand product features, benefits, and target audience.
    3. Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
    4. Create compelling marketing materials such as product presentations, sales collateral, and website content.
    5. Develop and execute go-to-market plans for product launches, including coordinating cross-functional teams and managing timelines.
    6. Drive demand generation activities such as advertising campaigns, email marketing, and events to generate leads and drive sales.
    7. Analyze marketing performance metrics and provide insights to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
    8. Collaborate with sales teams to develop sales enablement tools and training materials.
    9. Act as a spokesperson for the product, representing it in industry events, webinars, and media interviews.
    10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies to inform marketing strategies and product development decisions.

    Requirements

    • Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Marketing or equivalent experience in Electrical technical field;
    • Marketing knowledge and experience are highly desired with a flair for analysis, research and creative writing 
    • Relevant experience or knowledge in Industrial Channel Marketing or FMCG Marketing are welcome to apply
    • Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills
    • Ability to respond quickly to changing demands and market conditions
    • Excellent analytical, time management and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks 
    simultaneously
    • Dedication to teamwork and ability to operate in a matrix management environment
