Principal Responsibilities
• Provide leadership and financial expertise to address and seek opportunities for continuing growth and margin expansion.
• Work closely with business leaders to provide needed financial counsel and support for decision making, and in-depth financial and operational analysis to drive profitable and sustainable business growth and operation productivity improvement.
• Lead annual AOP and LRP (long range planning) processes and provide accurate and meaningful financial information and provide interpretive, value-added guidance in addition to standard reporting and data compilation required for the business to achieve its financial objectives.
• Ensure that proper processes are in place for the accurate forecasting of sales, costs, working capital, fixed capital investments and return on investment.
• Oversee credit and collection initiatives to ensure that credit policies are enforced throughout the organization and that timely collections are made.
• Assume responsibility for improving process efficiency and implementing cost controls/programs within the organization.
• Ensure that corporate reporting requirements are met in a timely fashion and in accordance with U.S. GAAP and other appropriate requirements, and that the business complies with components of Sarbanes-Oxley, especially for FICAP, SIC, SOX, FCPA and local statutory and tax requirement.
• Ensure all project recording and treatment (including booking/revenue, costs but not limited to them) are in line with relevant policies, LOA and processes
• Support other ad hoc financial professional tasks and projects in Malaysia/region

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance at least 3 years in Finance Manager from reputable company or 6 years for non-reputable company. Must have Chartered Accountant recognized by MIA
• Strong understanding of sales office business, commercial operations and corporate processes.
• Solid understanding of ERP systems in terms of leveraging these systems to enhance functional efficiencies.
• Capability to manage risk and change, combined with hands-on experience in dealing with an unsettling economic environment in terms of being able to adapt and execute operational strategies accordingly.
• Must be able to work well and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment required
• Ability to thrive in a team environment and effectively communicate and collaborate across the organization
