  Job Description

  • Provide technical support to the sales team by preparing HVAC airside product selections based on customer requirements.
  • Develop optimized airside solution proposals and support specification design for customers and stakeholders.
  • Prepare cost estimations, quotations, and technical proposals, ensuring pricing accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinate with factories, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure accurate product selection, pricing, and smooth order fulfilment.
  • Provide technical clarifications and documentation to customers and internal stakeholders throughout the sales process.
  • Build and maintain strong product knowledge of HVAC airside solutions, including applications, specifications, and industry developments.
  • Conduct product comparisons and performance analyses to support solution recommendations and sales activities.
  • Support sales enablement by providing technical training, product knowledge, and application guidance to the sales team.
  • Maintain quotation and pricing records, and prepare reports on product selection trends, pricing updates, and customer preferences.
