    Client is a well established FMCG company and it's expanding their East Malaysia team.

    Job Description

    • Delivery of monthly’s sales target for each customers in accordance to target set, leading to achievement of total year target.
    • Plan to achieve sales target through detailed sales construction planning by customer of distributors, in accordance to marketing plan and sales promotional plan.
    • Control and monitor towards achieving sales target through sales fundamentals trading in place performance review on monthly basis of sales performance of customers by classification (grade). 
    • Planning & implementation of business drivers such as Trade Investment (D&R, A&P) to maximize ROS and invest responsibly.
    • Implementation of sales strategy ie channel, retail format and assortment (must sell SKU) through distributor management.
    • Implementation of sales discipline in store to achieve best availability and visibility that consistently deliver forward stock share (share of shelves) at par or above market share performance.
    • Monitor weekly sales vs target area vs plan implemented, remedy gaps with focus on sell out.
    • Manage to achieve market returns / write off KPI’s, sales forecast accuracy, collection / dispute and service level of distributor on behalf of DSG.
    • Active participation to lead business development with top customers, as part of risk management and building company imagery / reputation.
    • Weekly trade visit to monitor quality and compliance of execution, assist in resolving trade related issues, competitive alertness and opportunities to leverage.
    • Lead, guide, coach & motivate direct team to deliver sales target, business expansion and win market position.

    Requirements

    • Minimum diploma level or higher. Preferably with Bachelor degree or higher in business development or other related fields.
    • At least 5 years experience in FMCG industry.
    • Analytical, business acumen, negotiation, customer-oriented, presentation, result-driven.
    • Computer literacy in MS Office. 
    • Good command in English both spoken and written.
