INTERNAL AUDITOR

Permanent PositionOur client seeks an adept Internal Auditor to support the Audit Manager in planning and executing audit reviews and ensuring JSOX compliance, adhering to recognized audit standards and JSOX regulations. The goal is to assess the sufficiency and efficiency of controls over these operations, and subsequently communicate audit discoveries while providing relevant recommendations.Job Description
- Collaborate with the Audit Manager to formulate a thorough risk assessment, determine the audit scope, and establish an audit program tailored to the assigned location. This involves identifying auditable activities/processes, assessing their significance, and evaluating associated risks. Develop specific audit programs aimed at assessing the efficacy of internal controls in mitigating identified risks.
- Support the Audit Manager in overseeing the entire audit project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and closure.
- Conduct a diverse array of audit test procedures and interpret the outcomes against predefined audit objectives and criteria.
- Assess audit findings, considering their relevance, accuracy, and risk implications, to draw conclusions based on the available audit evidence.
- Record and archive pertinent facts and data in accordance with established audit practices, procedures, and standards, reinforcing the work conducted and conclusions reached.
- Present findings and recommendations to management to facilitate risk monitoring and control, as well as suggest enhancements to processes. Prepare clear and concise audit reports summarizing the outcomes.
- Independently evaluate internal controls in alignment with JSOX regulations and guidelines.

- A Bachelor's degree in Accountancy/Finance or possession of a recognized professional certification (e.g., Chartered Accountant Singapore, Australian CPA, etc.).
- Minimum of 6 to 8 years of relevant accounting experience within a Multinational Corporation or in Audit/Risk Management at one of the BIG Four Accounting Firms.
- Versatility with robust communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of collaborating effectively across teams.
- Demonstrated proficiency in facilitating consensus on complex issues and determining how each party will address its components.
- Strong writing and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Data Analytics.
- Proficiency with SAP Finance System.
- Experience with SOX or JSOX and the logistics industry is advantageous.
- Expectation of global travel.

Senior Manager / Assistant Vice President - Sustainable Practices and Digital Innovation (Group Procurement)

Permanent PositionOur client seeks a proactive team player to facilitate the Group Procurement transformation across all Business Units (BUs), this role primarily entails advancing and implementing the Sustainable Procurement Framework (SPF), integrating ongoing Sustainability and Digitalization (S&D) initiatives within all BUs, and spearheading/developing new projects to enhance our global transformation program.Job Description
- Facilitate the implementation of specific workstreams within the updated SPF, particularly in the implementation of carbon monitoring and ESG management through our third-party global platform.
- Reviewing global spend analysis and emerging use cases.
- Staying abreast of market intelligence and recent developments in carbon and ESG management.
- Evaluate the combined effects of the BUs' energy transition plans on Group Procurement in terms of commercial strategy, capabilities, and workload, and formulate a responsive roadmap to aid the BUs' energy transition while enhancing the procurement function's skills.
- Assist in the development and execution of decarbonization projects, particularly focusing on equipment electrification, sourcing and generation of Renewable Energy (RE), and actively exploring eco-friendly alternatives in tenders.
- Develop and execute pertinent strategies for highly significant ESG areas, such as:
- Revise and revitalize the SPF by incorporating the latest leading market practices, with a heightened focus on actionable measures and their impact on our specification requirements and supplier engagement methods.
- Contribute to other workstreams and supply chain initiatives to support the VP GPROC in the Procurement Transformation journey.
- Enhancing the Supplier KYC process.
- Assisting in contract management to enhance supplier performance.
- On the Digitalization front, enhance existing procurement tools, templates, contracts, and KPIs to integrate ESG requirements, and digitalize and automate them whenever feasible.
- Initiate data-driven programs and harness AI/analytics capabilities in critical areas, including:
- Visualizing team performance through multi-dimensional dashboards and implementing gap closure plans.
- Extracting insights from existing databases to develop cost models and benchmarks.

- Over 10 years of procurement/supply chain experience, including 3-5 years in sustainability/digitalization.
- Any relevant degree. Post-graduate or professional qualifications will be taken into consideration.
- Proficiency in ESG and sustainability trends; practical involvement in AI/data/digitalization projects.
- Deeply passionate about ESG, AI/digitalization, and ongoing enhancement. Self-motivated with exceptional commercial insight and adeptness in facilitation/stakeholder management. Track record in spearheading change within regional/global initiatives.
