Sales Account Manager

Permanent PositionReporting to the Sales Lead, this role is responsible for driving revenue growth within a designated territory. You will manage existing client accounts while actively identifying and securing new business opportunities.Job Description
- Serve as the main contact for clients, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of customers through regular engagement and in-person meetings.
- Identify new prospects, convert leads, and expand opportunities within existing accounts.
- Develop and execute a structured sales plan to meet revenue and shipment targets.
- Track and report sales activities, pipeline progress, and performance metrics in a timely manner.
- Monitor account performance, analyze trends, and take proactive actions to drive growth and retention.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align on pricing, service delivery, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, agreements, and account updates in internal systems.
- Ensure pricing and commercial terms align with company guidelines and profitability targets.
- Continuously build product knowledge and market awareness to deliver effective solutions to clients.
