    Job Description

    Budget Management & Compliance:

    • Own and coordinate the DCAS budget, lead annual planning, and consolidate budget requirements across all sites.
    • Organise budget review meetings for management approvals, maintain budget trackers, and ensure compliance with reporting standards and submission timelines.

    Document Control & Compliance:

    • Act as lead document controller, maintaining accurate records, master lists, and reviewer/approver matrices.
    • Safeguard sensitive information and ensure full audit readiness in line with document management process baselines.

    Office & Operations Administration:

    • Oversee site inspections, vendor contracts (housekeeping, pest control, landscaping, waste management), and inventory management.
    • Ensure office facilities, supplies, and equipment are well maintained; prepare and present DCAS Health Report decks at site meetings.
    • Support business continuity exercises and ensure adherence to office administration process baselines.

    Logistics, Security & Events:

    • Manage vendor access, VIP visits, meeting room operations, staff onboarding/offboarding clearances, and internal events.

    Accounting & Procurement:

    • Ensure adherence to finance and procurement policies, Procure-To-Pay processes, submission deadlines, expense claims, and asset tracking
    • Maintain accurate reporting and documentation across all procurement activities.

    Team Leadership & Development:

    • Guide, train, and develop DCAS staff; coordinate annual training plans, track training records, and support team performance and engagement.

    Stakeholder & Programme Support:

    • Serve as liaison for internal programmes across HR, Marketing, and GDCO functions.
    • Handle additional projects as assigned by DCO Management.
