    Our client is seeking a skilled candidate to become part of their professional team, assisting in the finalization of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts for entities managed in Singapore. Responsibilities include compiling statutory and management reports, as well as coordinating with internal and external stakeholders regarding financial affairs. Additionally, the role involves overseeing monthly accounting tasks to guarantee punctual and precise reporting.

    Job Description

    • Compile quarterly forecasts and annual AOP (Annual Operating Plan) reports.
    • Collaborate with internal or external teams to prepare annual Transfer Pricing documentation.
    • Supervise monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing procedures, ensuring precision, adherence to accounting protocols, and punctual submission of financial management and statutory reports.
    • Coordinate with corporate headquarters to optimize financial reporting and streamline processes.
    • Prepare annual statutory Financial Statements.
    • Coordinate with auditors, corporate secretarial, and tax agents on statutory matters.
    • Compile yearly tax provisions and file corporate taxes annually.
    • Work alongside other departments to consolidate annual AOP templates and forecasts, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
    • Collaborate with other departments to consolidate the CIP (Capital Investment Plan) for AOP and report monthly variances against AOP.
    • Oversee treasury operations and collaborate with corporate on cash flow and hedging projections.
    • Ensure compliance with the SOX Act and other regulatory mandates.

    • Certified Accountant with a Degree in Accounting or related field.

    Job Description

    • Responsible for timely and accurate management reporting, including weekly sales estimates, monthly P&L, and financial trend reports for APAC.
    • Assist in delivering review/presentation decks as needed by the business.
