- Collaborates closely with the HR operations team and Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to oversee the full spectrum of the employee journey, including onboarding, offboarding, and managing employee relations.
- Drives strategic business growth initiatives from an HR standpoint, including forecasting headcount needs, partnering with Talent Acquisition (TA) to refine recruitment strategies, and evaluating organizational structures.
- Supports leaders in cultivating a culture of high performance, overseeing the performance review process.
- Provides guidance and coaching to leaders on fostering an inclusive workplace culture, analyzing employee engagement survey results, and implementing initiatives to enhance diversity and inclusion.
- Identifies and nurtures key talent within the organization to help them reach their full potential, managing the entire performance review cycle.
- Leads change management initiatives to facilitate business growth and progression.
- Identifies opportunities for organizational improvement and acceleration, develops solutions, and leads the implementation of these initiatives to drive meaningful impact.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for the co-working space management regarding facility issues, bookings, and memberships.
- Coordinate with IT support to resolve any technical issues promptly.
- Organize and maintain files and records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and arranging travel accommodations as needed.
