- Prospect and develop new business through networking and referrals
- Identify customer needs and recommend tailored AV solutions
- Manage and grow key accounts in collaboration with sales leadership
- Engage technical, operational, and executive stakeholders
- Deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and demos
- Achieve revenue and margin goals via value-added selling
- Maintain post-sale customer relationships and support
- Track pipeline activity using CRM tools for accurate forecasting

- Diploma or Bachelor's in IT, Business, or related field
3+ years of Audio-Visual systems sales experience
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
