Account Manager (Sales)
Singapore
Permanent PositionWe are seeking an Account Manager (70% farming and 30% hunting) to join our team. You will build strong customer relationships, drive revenue growth, and oversee account strategies with support from teams across our network.Job Description
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Drive sales growth through efficient processes and strategies.
- Understand customer needs and ensure they are met.
- Lead customer proposals and presentations.
- Plan and implement strategies to retain and grow accounts.
- Act as the main point of contact for customer concerns and escalations.
- Support bids and RFQ processes as needed.
- Conduct business reviews and manage virtual teams.
Expires on 06 May 2025Requirements
- 5+ years in account management or sales, preferably in a service industry.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage SME to MNC accounts and work with cross-functional teams.
- A degree in Business or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with supply chain / logistics sector is a plus.
