Marketing
- Provide leadership to the marketing team by setting both short- and long-term strategies, with clear direction to ensure effective execution and sustainable growth.
- Lead lifecycle management of key focus brands, including new product launches, growth acceleration strategies, and optimisation of mature brands.
- Develop annual brand strategies and tactical marketing plans aligned with overall business objectives
- Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and risks.
- Drive effective execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and measurable outcomes.
- Oversee development of promotional materials and programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory, medical and governance requirements.
Responsible for the overall brand sales forecasting and marketing budget, providing market-driven assumptions to support the annual sales budget proposal. - Advocate and foster cross-functional collaboration with sales, regulatory, medical, and supply teams to achieve common goals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and decision-makers to strengthen brand advocacy and market presence.
Business Development
- Analyse new business opportunities by continuously identifying, screening, and shortlisting molecules for local acquisitions that align with the company’s current portfolio.
- Leading all in-licensing, out-licensing, strategic alliance and other business development activities with internal stakeholders and potential partners.
- Work closely with the Regional Business Development team to develop business cases for each potential product or business opportunity, which include preliminary product strategy, pricing, volume forecasting, and market and competitor analysis.
- Analyze, track and update Business Development Projects with status reports.
- Lead the development and execution of brand plans for newly in-licensed or acquired products, ensuring successful launches and achievement of business objectives.

- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, business or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial or senior product management role.
- Sound knowledge and understanding of product management, brand planning, and pharmaceutical marketing principles.
- Strong commercial and business acumen, with the capability to interpret technical and scientific information and translate it into effective marketing strategies.
- Possess good communication skills in both written and verbal (presentation skills).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies.
