- 1.配合公司業務發展、評估內外營運變化與需求，規劃中長期全區倉儲配置與供貨物流發展策略
- 2.標準化倉儲與物流流程、部門預算規劃與執行，有效督導並管理倉儲物流運作效率與運營成本
- 3.持續推動倉儲自動化與系統化，優化端對端倉儲物流作業與流程，提升支持整體儲運運作效率
- 4.有效管理第三方物流倉庫與車隊，與其協作提升服務品質與運能，並建立雙贏的長期夥伴關係
- 5.優化配送分銷網路，物流配銷服務彈性化，以提升客戶體驗與服務水準，並維繫長期客戶關係
- 6.引領變革並妥善規劃組織策略與專業職能藍圖，以有效發展倉儲物流團隊人才發展與培育計畫
- 7.建立當責、自主改善、與團隊協作的組織文化，以推動整體管理績效改善與整體管理目標達成
- 8.建立以身作則的安全文化，推廣綠色物流理念，與員工，合作夥伴，客戶一起推動可持續發展

- 10年以上物流運作管理或供應鏈計畫管理經驗
- 熟悉統倉、分倉及配銷運輸管理的專業知識及作業流程。
- 組織管理與領導能力，包括變革管理、目標與績效管理、問題分析與解決、多元與創新思考
- 具良好的跨部門溝通能力與良好抗壓性
