    Job Description

    • Oversee the planning and management of the project, including its scope, deliverables, execution, resource allocation, budget, schedule, and other associated work streams and functions. 
    • Alignment with overall corporate and business group strategy, partner and collaborate with the Supply Chain Business Insights team to build metrics, dashboards, reporting project results, and track actual cost savings after deployment.
    • Determine the needs of the project, identify the important stakeholders, address the main issues of the stakeholders, and create an efficient communication plan for every project.
    • Throughout the course of the project, establish and maintain relationships and manage expectations with cross-functional stakeholders at the mid- to senior-management level.
    • To facilitate overall project progress monitoring, provide and deliver status reports on a regular basis to project stakeholders and sponsor. 
    • Create and oversee the change management plan, which includes answering any questions or concerns expressed by project stakeholders and providing training as needed.
    • Enforcing project governance, guaranteeing clear and timely communication to project sponsors and stakeholders on any developing risks/dependencies and accompanying mitigation measures, and integrating quality into all elements of the project to ensure its successful delivery.
