    Job Description

    • Ensure standardized S&OP process across all businesses and distributors, driving alignment with sales targets, financial reconciliation, and healthy channel inventory
    • Partner with SEA Planning, Country & Business Leaders, and distributors to develop accurate demand forecasts using in-market and inventory data
    • Facilitate pre-consensus and S&OP meetings, ensuring agenda adherence and high-quality outputs
    • Analyze and report monthly country performance on in-market sales, trade sales, and inventory levels (FDS)
    • Monitor and escalate inventory risks for timely corrective actions
    • Support implementation of corporate sales operations strategies, projects, and process improvements
    • Streamline and optimize sales and operations processes with distributors
    • Drive distributor KPI achievement and act as primary point of contact for distributor relations
    • Review and approve distributor charges/claims in accordance with agreements (e.g., excess pallets, urgent requests, samples)
    • Manage in-market sales tool (Salesforce.com), ensuring data integrity and overseeing system updates
    • Own production of sales performance reports and incentive calculations, including validation and approval routing
    • Coordinate new product introduction and launch planning with cross-functional stakeholders
    • Analyze internal business trends to support Country General Manager in decision-making and process improvements
    • Monitor distributor performance through dashboards, inventory reviews, and IMS trends
    • Participate in distributor planning, collaboration, S&OP reviews, and annual evaluations (where applicable)
    • Drive continuous improvement across processes, systems, and people by identifying gaps, diagnosing issues, and implementing short- and long-term solutions
    • Respond quickly with actionable solutions while ensuring clear communication
    • Perform additional tasks and key projects as assigned

    Requirements

    • Min 5-7 years of experience in related field.
    • Experienced in healthcare related industry. 
    • Advanced with PowerBI.
    • Familiar with S&OP, SIOP (Sales Inventory Operations Process).
