Permanent PositionOur client is actively seeking an experienced Manager/Senior Manager to spearhead the establishment of a finance shared services center while proactively managing and monitoring the overall performance of the shared services center to ensure accuracy and timeliness of all deliverables.Job Description
- Lead the establishment of a finance shared services center
- Oversee billings, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and GL accounting functions for multiple Asian countries within the shared services center.
- Continuously optimize financial processes, systems, and tax planning for both business and shared services center.
- Enhance SOPs for streamlined implementation and guidance.
- Provide Regional Finance Controller/Finance Managers with timely and accurate financial information.
- Define SLAs and KPIs with key stakeholders and ensure effective performance management.
- Manage cash flow and optimize balances through transaction tracking.
- Inspire and guide a team to deliver high-quality services within defined timelines.
- Proactively monitor and enhance overall shared services center performance for accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain robust controls to uphold compliance with group policies, tax, and statutory requirements.

- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting fields.
- Over 5 years' experience in managing a finance shared services center.
- Strong technical accounting background with expertise in taxation.
- Previous experience in driving system improvements.
- Familiarity with NetSuite and Cognos systems is advantageous.
- Capable of building effective relationships across business groups and functions.
- Good interpersonal, leadership, and teamwork abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service delivery and flexibility.
