    Job Description

    • Improve accuracy, efficiency and effectiveness of the team
    • Review loan documents to ensure our bank will have sufficient protection when performing the loan agency role
    • Check all loan and security documents to ensure that all documents are returned for our bank’s safe custody
    • Approve daily operation work of loan agency team, including drawdown, rollover, repayment and fee payments
    • Main controller on submission of financial statements, insurance policies, property valuation reports, progress reports, compliance certificates etc. as stipulated in the finance documents from the borrowers and security providers
    • Ensure Customer Due Diligence requirements set out in the procedure manual is adequately performed
    • For irregular transactions, react precisely at first instance, report to the Management immediately and to seek advice if necessary before take any action
    • Produce various reports as required in relation to loan agency work

    Responsibilities:

    • Ensure a smooth flow of day-to-day processing of Treasury products within the team inclusive of trade verification.

    Review/analyze the forecast accuracy and collaborate with the HQ Forecasting Dept. to adjust the gap for adequate inventory supply to sustain market demand. Monitor inventory level, analyze safety stock and trace critical items for in time replenishment to avoid any out of the stock situation. Initiate the assembly activities by historical demand and sales trends to keep adequate finished goods. Plan and purchase the non-sales items to support the operational requirements.

    • Create a process and forecast method to gather the potential over-estimated or under-estimated items to achieve the forecast accuracy.  Align with ABG forecaster to keep the proper forecast number to optimize the production and inventory allocation arrangement.  
    • Timely monitor the stock level and communicate with ABG planners for critical items tracing to ensure the sufficient stock supply, satisfying the customer’s purchase experience. 
    • Analyze data to plan/schedule the assembly packs and prioritize the urgency to fulfill the demand requirements.
    • Plan promotion inventory preparation to support the marketing campaign successfully. Analyze and report the promotion performance for improvement suggestions.
