  Job Description

  • Develop and execute product positioning and portfolio strategies to strengthen market presence and drive product adoption.
  • Deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations, and Continuing Medical Education (CME) sessions to healthcare professionals.
  • Plan and execute product marketing initiatives, including annual marketing plans, campaigns, and product launch strategies.
  • Prepare sales tools, product collaterals, training materials, and marketing resources to support the commercial team.
  • Conduct product training and equip the sales team with technical knowledge, product updates, and competitive insights.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and principals to develop go-to-market strategies and support portfolio growth.
  • Gather market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor insights to enhance product strategy and lifecycle management.
  • Serve as the product expert, providing technical and marketing support while not carrying direct sales responsibilities.

  Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biomedical Science, Chemistry, Biology, Medical Laboratory Science, or a related scientific discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in the life science, diagnostics, laboratory, or healthcare industry.
  • Open to candidates from Sales, Product Marketing, Product Management, Applications, Technical Support, or Laboratory Scientist backgrounds who are keen to transition into a commercial product role.
  • Strong scientific knowledge with the ability to understand and communicate technical product information effectively.
  • Experience in product presentations, demonstrations, training, or customer engagement is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work closely with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to travel occasionally to support customer engagements, training, and events.
  • Open to Malaysian citizens only.
