  Job Description

  Fullstack Engineering

  • Build and maintain responsive web applications using React.js (frontend) and Node.js or equivalent frameworks (backend).
  • Write robust, maintainable code aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with designers to deliver intuitive, patient- and clinician-friendly interfaces.
  • Develop RESTful APIs and integration layers supporting data from wearables, EHR systems, and AI services.

  DevOps & Cloud Infrastructure

  • Establish and manage CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) to enable continuous integration and automated deployments.
  • Operate and optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudWatch, etc.), ensuring system security and compliance.
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and automation scripts for consistent provisioning.
  • Monitor performance, logs, and system health, ensuring resilience and uptime for healthcare workloads.
  • Apply network security best practices to safeguard sensitive medical and personal data (HIPAA, ISO 27001).

  Collaboration & Delivery

  • Partner with product managers, engineers, and QA to deliver features from concept to release.
  • Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and debugging sessions to raise overall quality.
  • Continuously improve workflows, automation, and engineering practices across the team.

  Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional experience in software engineering with fullstack responsibilities.
  • Strong skills in React.js (or equivalent frontend frameworks), Node.js (or similar backend frameworks), and RESTful API design.
  • Experience with CI/CD systems (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and version control (Git).
  • Solid understanding of Linux system administration and shell scripting.
  • Proven hands-on work with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudWatch) and Terraform for infrastructure as code.
  • Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills; ability to collaborate across distributed teams.
