    Job Description

    • Lead the team and work closely with Product Owners and IT to achieve the established strategic digital transformation goals of the Bank and facilitate operational efficiency enhancements
    • Conduct market intelligence and analysis, bring in new process and innovative technology to facilitate the streamlining and automation of our key front end processes such as account opening, cash / cheque transactions, fixed deposits, remittance and FX

    Job Description

    • Provides leadership to the legal & compliance department as well as to assume the role as the Company Secretary of the bank.
    • Develop proper controls, policies and procedures to ensure the Company complies with internal and external legal and regulatory requirements
