  You will be part of a team dedicated to delivering bespoke human resources solutions that enable organisations and individuals to attain limitless success.

  The Role:

  • Assist senior consultants in various tasks including:
    • Sourcing for potential candidates in internal and external databases (RegionUp, LinkedIn)
    • Screening CVs based on clients’ job descriptions and desired profiles
    • Scheduling interviews between clients and candidates
    • Conducting phone calls and reference checks
    • Administrative tasks such as preparing presentations and candidates’ profiles to be sent to clients
  • Conduct detailed research into market segments/emerging markets. This will involve:
    • Conducting cold-calls to obtain names of candidates and map the structures of prospective client organisations
    • Exploring the needs of prospective clients
    • Managing and updating our proprietary database
    • Drafting job advertisements for approval and posting them on various platforms

  Requirements
