    Our esteemed client seeking a bright and dynamic Senior/ Principal Engineer for Maintenance Engineering team.

    Job Description

    • Supervise the maintenance and operation of District Cooling System (DCS) facilities, Retail Cooling Monitoring (RCM) locations, and related field operations.
    • Manage a team of technical specialists and plant engineers to analyze and optimize DCS and RCM operations and maintenance.
    • Collaborate with the operations team to troubleshoot technical issues related to DCS and RCM.
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive preventive and corrective maintenance program for equipment, ensuring adherence to established procedures and standards.
    • Establish and oversee a service and maintenance schedule for DCS plant facilities.
    • Plan, supervise, and evaluate repairs, including assessing repair costs.
    • Review and enhance maintenance programs based on contractor reports and schedule necessary maintenance activities.
    • Monitor expenditures and manage the maintenance budget effectively.
    • Conduct spare parts analysis to ensure availability of critical spares.
    • Monitor equipment performance, propose adjustments as needed, and contribute innovative ideas to improvement projects.
    • Develop and implement maintenance and operational protocols.
    • Implement the Permit To Work system, ensuring proper isolation, de-isolation procedures, and site assessments are conducted.
