    A leading life insurer is seeking an experienced BDM to join the team! As part of the Retail team, you are responsible for the development of business plans and marketing programs to ensure that the channel’s sales and business targets are met.

    Job Description

    • Plan and execute business and marketing plans;
    • Achieve Gross Written Premium and Underwriting Profit targets for the distribution channel;
    • Conduct regular competitive market analysis and product comparison to maintain awareness of market trends;
    • Build and manage relationships with intermediaries and business partners to enhance business relationship;
    • Underwrite and provide quotations in accordance with assigned authorized limits and within the company’s underwriting guidelines and treaty terms;

Reporting to the Head of Performance and Commission within Distribution Department (DMD), you will be responsible for leading a team to handle commission & benefits related matters of the company’s Financial Representatives

    Job Description

    • Oversee the overall management of the Commission & Benefits and be responsible for providing operational support in the areas of commissions, benefits and representatives’ agreements.
    • Review and approve, where applicable, of all commission & benefits related appeals within limits stated
    • Regularly review efficiency and effectiveness of all processes and policies within the team

    AVP / VP, Financial Risk - Insurance

    A leading life insurer is seeking an experienced candidate to join its Financial Risk Management Team. You will play a key role in monitoring and managing the financial risks of the assets and products within the company, in particular the market and credit risk aspects.

    Job Description

    • Closely collaborate with Finance team to report and monitor risk and performance measures from our newly  implemented risk analytics system as part of BAU
    • Build new capabilities to manage market and credit risk, and implement/set risk limits for the active management of assets and derivatives usage, in collaboration with the investment and finance teams to ensure optimal investment and hedging strategies are deployed
    • Contribute to product risk assessment process to ensure sufficient risk reward payoff considerations are made in new product development and in-force product management
    • Work closely with stakeholders and users from various business groups, external vendors and IT to implement the requirements  to integrate new analytics tools into the current work flow; and
    • Preparation of project-related papers and presentations where required.
