Fullstack Engineering
- Build and maintain responsive web applications using React.js (frontend) and Node.js or equivalent frameworks (backend).
- Write robust, maintainable code aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with designers to deliver intuitive, patient- and clinician-friendly interfaces.
- Develop RESTful APIs and integration layers supporting data from wearables, EHR systems, and AI services.
DevOps & Cloud Infrastructure
- Establish and manage CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) to enable continuous integration and automated deployments.
- Operate and optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudWatch, etc.), ensuring system security and compliance.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and automation scripts for consistent provisioning.
- Monitor performance, logs, and system health, ensuring resilience and uptime for healthcare workloads.
- Apply network security best practices to safeguard sensitive medical and personal data (HIPAA, ISO 27001).
Collaboration & Delivery
- Partner with product managers, engineers, and QA to deliver features from concept to release.
- Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and debugging sessions to raise overall quality.
- Continuously improve workflows, automation, and engineering practices across the team.

- 4+ years of professional experience in software engineering with fullstack responsibilities.
- Strong skills in React.js (or equivalent frontend frameworks), Node.js (or similar backend frameworks), and RESTful API design.
- Experience with CI/CD systems (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and version control (Git).
- Solid understanding of Linux system administration and shell scripting.
- Proven hands-on work with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudWatch) and Terraform for infrastructure as code.
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills; ability to collaborate across distributed teams.

- Architect and design scalable backend services with NestJS and/or Python FastAPI, ensuring solid API design, modularity, and efficient database integration.
- Manage development and upkeep of React and React Native applications, ensuring consistency across web and mobile platforms.
- Oversee implementation of protocols such as MQTT, HTTP, and BLE for seamless connectivity between devices and services.
- Lead full-stack integration efforts, from embedded firmware and gateways through backend microservices to cloud infrastructure.
- Provide mentorship and leadership to software engineers; enforce quality standards via reviews and technical guidance.
- Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines, ensuring automation, testing, deployment, and rollback processes are robust.

- Experience architecting systems with NestJS and/or FastAPI, including SQL and NoSQL database design.
- Solid expertise in React and React Native architectures.
- Experience designing APIs with Swagger / OpenAPI.
- Understanding of protocols: MQTT, HTTP, BLE.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture, distributed systems, and system integration.
- Hands-on with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI).
