  Job Description

  • Oversee the planning, execution and completion of upgrading, improvement and maintenance projects within the estates
  • Oversee the full project lifecycle from feasibility, procurement, execution to project close-out.
  • Manage contractors, consultants and stakeholders to ensure works are delivered safely, on time, within budget and in compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings.
  • Plan and manage cyclical R&R works for common areas including Concrete repairs, Repainting, Waterproofing works, Floor resurfacing and retiling works, Replacement/repair of ceiling boards and facade elements
  • Manage defects liability period (DLP) and ensure timely rectification.
  • Handle residents’ feedback relating to ongoing works; Stakeholder management 
  • Monitor contractor and consultants’ performance and enforce safety and quality standards.

  Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building, Project Management or related discipline.
  • Min 5 years of experience in estate management, building maintenance or project management.
  • Experience in managing R&R works within residential estates is highly desirable, though not mandatory.
  • Good knowledge of local building regulations and procurement procedures.
