    Senior Facility Manager

    Our Client, a leading bank is currently looking for an experienced facility manager to join their growing operation in this newly created position.     Job Description

    • Handle the full range of office facilities management functions, such as premises maintenance, facilities cleaning, office security, lease agreement handling etc.
    • Possess full ownership to handle office renovation and relocation projects by coordinating with different stakeholders and vendors to ensure the projects are completed within budget and timeline
    • Handle change management requests internally relating to premises and facilities management;
    • Establish and review facilities management related policies and guidelines to ensure smooth business operations and in full compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
    • Monitor and manage license and office insurance renewal matters
    • Manage external vendors and contractors for various facilities related projects, and conduct regular review to ensure the service quality is up to standard
    • Assist in the procurement of office supplies, furniture and equipment
    • Assist in ad hoc projects from time to time

    • Degree holder in Business Management, Property Management or equivalent
    • Minimum 6 years’ facilities management experiences in banking / financial institutions
    • Prior track record in handling office renovation and relocation projects
    • Good knowledge of regulations and laws
    • Good problem-solving skills
    • Be highly organized
    • Excellent project management skills and able to manage project independently
    • Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills
    • Strong sense of responsibilities and commitment
    • Impeccable verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Putonghua, Cantonese and English
