    Job Description

    • Develop and maintain customer service dashboards and reports using Excel, Smartsheet, and Power BI to monitor KPIs and service trends.

    • Evaluate data to highlight performance insights and improvement opportunities.

    • Manage and update customer records with high accuracy.

    • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints across various channels promptly and professionally.

    • Collaborate with Service, Operations, and Sales teams to ensure smooth issue resolution and service delivery.

    Requirements

    Education & Experience

    • Diploma/Bachelor’s in Business, IT, Statistics, Communications, or related field.

    • At least 1 year in customer service or support, with experience in reporting and data management.

    Technical Skills

    • Strong in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, charts).

    • Knowledge of SQL, Smartsheet, or Power BI.

    • Basic understanding of database management and analysis.

    Soft Skills

    • Good communication and problem-solving skills.

    • Detail-oriented, analytical, and organized.

    • Able to multitask and work independently with a customer-focused attitude.
