Develop and maintain customer service dashboards and reports using Excel, Smartsheet, and Power BI to monitor KPIs and service trends.

Evaluate data to highlight performance insights and improvement opportunities.

Manage and update customer records with high accuracy.

Respond to customer inquiries and complaints across various channels promptly and professionally.

Collaborate with Service, Operations, and Sales teams to ensure smooth issue resolution and service delivery.

Identify workflow gaps and propose enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and retention.

Education & Experience
-
Diploma/Bachelor’s in Business, IT, Statistics, Communications, or related field.

At least 1 year in customer service or support, with experience in reporting and data management.
Technical Skills

Strong in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, charts).

Knowledge of SQL, Smartsheet, or Power BI.
-
Basic understanding of database management and analysis.
Soft Skills

Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Detail-oriented, analytical, and organized.
