Digital Leads Acquisition
SingaporePermanent PositionYou will hold the Digital Acquisition sales targets, and lead the team to drive leads acquisition and sales with cross-sell and up-sell campaigns. You will partner with stakeholders to deliver the digital acquisition strategy, tactics, execution and optimisation of paid and owned media across digital touch-points.

- Lead a dedicated team of growth marketers to deliver organisational goals around sales and optimisation.
- Drive sales via the online sales platform or analytics driven campaigns.
- Drive personalised omni channel programs (email/push/in-app/media) delivering segmented notifications that are proven by both quantitative and qualitative measurements.
- Lead the execution of the test and learn agenda across product, creative, media and digital customer experience.
- Partner with the Digital Marketing and Engagement team to engineer a communication framework relevant and impactful to the customer
- Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
- Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.

- At least 6 years of relevant experience in digital marketing and/or customer acquisition.
- Digital sales/e-commerce experience is preferred.
- Strong understanding of martech/adtech stacks tools and capabilities necessary to work big data across the organization.
