    Job Description

    • Provide front line basic technical support, and participate in necessary training to ensure up-to-date knowledge.
    • Up-sell products to promote customer growth.
    • Support sales team in customer activities, including pro-active calling, appointment setting for qualified leads and visits.
    • Responsible for the administration of CRM data for their own group of customers.
    • Create necessary activity records or tasks for Sales Engineer to pro-active function.
    • Joint-visits with Sales Team (Sales Engineer & Key Account Managers).
    • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Service & Product Marketing to effectively implement account plan.
    • Follow up on Customer Quotations.
    • Responsible for KPIs relevant for billings of new products & customers.
    • Return shipment processing & administration of related credits, where applicable.
    • Actively promote e-Catalogue & e-Business opportunities, digital sales tools and processes.

    Requirements

    • Minimum 3 year's experience in Customer Service/ Sales (in Manufacturing or Distributor environment).
    • Basic understanding of electronic components would be an advantage.
    • Excellent communication and social skills (written/verbal).
    • Skills in MS Office/Internet and Business Reporting tools.
    • Prior knowledge of SAP would be desirable.
    • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
