Senior Quantity Surveyor (A1 Main Con, HQ/Project)
Singapore
Permanent PositionBe part of our client’s dynamic team — a distinguished A1 main contractor recognized for delivering landmark residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects across Singapore. The role offers a 5-day work week with performance incentives, with opportunities available at both headquarters and project sites across Singapore.Job Description
- Develop and compile precise cost estimates and tender documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers for accurate pricing and project information.
- Review and assess variations, value engineering options, and related cost impacts.
- Monitor and report on cost performance throughout the tender process.
- Examine tender and contract terms, addressing commercial risks or ambiguities.
- Ensure all tender submissions are completed on time and meet required standards and safety regulations.
Expires on 15 Dec 2025Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of relevant Quantity Surveying experience within the construction industry.
- Candidates with building project experience who are interested in transitioning to MRT projects are welcome to apply.
- Applicants with more extensive experience may be considered for a Senior position.
